Apple Crisp

After reading about them in a Substack post a few months back, I was stoked to try Coast out. I'm a sucker for real food gels, and I love apple cinnamon. I took several of these on a 20k race and had no GI troubles. The balance of consistency and taste is perfect. Support this brand asap!

Taste is great and ingredients are clean. I’ve used them a couple of times on some long runs and after a long swim workout and they are exactly what I need to refuel or continue a long workout.

I recently used Coast gels exclusively for a 50k local race that i ended up placing as the first male finisher, with a strategy to go light and fast and not carry too much (just a handheld). What I was not ready for was how well they would taste, how easy they would go down, and how they did not upset my stomach. For all those who have gut issues running, I strongly suggest to try Coast and say goodbye to maltodextrin and the quick-burn of simple carbohydrates in most gels. The real food ingredients in this gel contain complex carbs to maintain your digestive balance. Additionally, the amount of sodium here means no more checking to make sure you are taking the right gel with or without sodium.

An even more delicious replacement for the "gel that must not be named". Love the texture and legit tastes like apple pie filling. Soooo good!!!
